Messages from the Akashic Records – Three Practices for Inner Reconnection ✨💫

Yet what has not fully opened on this path is the understanding that it is an honor to be on this planet.
An honor to live this life in love. And an honor to be able to look at yourselves in the mirror each day. You belong to the few beings who have been gifted a body. Within this incarnation, you are able to take great steps into the Divine.
And yet, along this path, you so often forget the love you hold for yourselves. You forget what a masterpiece and a miracle you are, and the many paths that have led you into the light of this planet. You are divine beings.
And the only truly positive way to relate to yourselves is in complete love."

Maybe you know this feeling:
You are there for others, you give, you feel, you carry — but in the process, you keep losing a part of yourself along the way.
The following three exercises were channeled for you from the light beings and the Akashic Records as part of the Quantum Activations week on “Strengthening your self-respect and self-acceptance.”
They carry the potential to gently support you in reconnecting with yourself and coming back to yourself more consciously.
I love them so much that I chose to share them with you beyond the energy week — and I truly hope they will enrich and support you on your path.
💛 Exercise 1: Recognize the Love Within You
Throughout your day, take gentle moments to pause and turn your awareness inward.
In these moments, we invite you to ask yourself with presence and care:
Where is love showing itself within me today?
How may what I am flow into this world right now?
How do I see myself — and the world around me?
Through these questions, you allow yourself to become more aware of different aspects of your life.
You can strengthen the love that flows through you into this world by meeting it with awareness and closeness — by recognizing it and giving it your attention.
You can learn to see more clearly who you are by observing what you do — and by appreciating your qualities in everyday life in a new way.
And you can begin to soften your gaze on the world with more love.
Ask yourself:
Are things truly always the way I see them?
Is there a more loving way to engage right now?
We know this practice asks for a certain level of self-discipline. You may support yourself by setting a timer and taking a moment each hour to check in with yourself.
Write these questions down and return to them throughout your day.
You may notice that your day begins to shift — because you are bringing awareness into it.
If this practice feels nourishing to you, repeat it over the coming days. In this way, your ability to reflect can deepen, and you learn to consciously use this positive force within you for your own well-being. Step by step, you begin to elevate your life in mindful love.
💛 Exercise 2: Close Your Eyes and Learn to See
When we say “close your eyes,” we do not mean this literally.We are not asking you to walk through your day with covered eyes.
Instead, we invite you to gently close your eyes to what is not good for you.
Take a pause today:
from social media that does not nourish you
from thoughts that do not serve you
from anything that connects you to negativity
You cannot influence everything — but where you can, choose consciously. In those moments, “close your eyes.”
Do not allow negative influences into your field, and do not feed them further.
In this way, you support yourself in keeping your inner space clear and clean.
If you have lived one day like this, gently continue into the next. You will notice: even choosing to “close your eyes” in certain moments begins to shift something within your life.
The effect can be profound — especially as you begin to surround yourself more and more with what is positive and supportive.
We are clearing your energy during this time. Support this process by not repeatedly filling it with what weighs you down.
💛 Exercise 3: Transform Your Day
This third practice is a little more subtle and works on a finer level.We recommend doing it in the evening, before going to sleep.
This practice invites you to use your power of manifestation and inner creation in a new way
Take a quiet moment and look back at your day. Observe for yourself:
What went well?
What would you describe, from your perspective, as not going well?
Then draw your conclusions — but in a new way.
Write down your insights, your lessons, and everything that felt positive. And then begin to consciously transform your day.
Ask light and love to gently flow back into this day — to release any negative charge that may still be present, and to allow the good within this day to become dominant.
Now, gently release what did not feel right for you.If you wish, begin to play with your inner world:
In your thoughts, remove what did not feel good — and reimagine your day.Create a vision of how your day would have unfolded if everything had aligned in a way that felt right for you.
Start small, close to your real day — and softly reshape only what did not feel good, bringing it into the light.
This practice helps you begin to expand your reality.Over time, you may notice how it starts to influence your life more deeply, as you return to it again and again. Within your power of manifestation lies the ability to also transform things retroactively — you shift their energy, and with it, their effect on you.
In this way, you are working in two directions at once:toward the past and toward the future — and you begin to consciously transform your world.
✨ Level 2: Transform Your Life Through Your Energy
As you become more comfortable with this practice — as you begin to gently reshape the smaller moments of your day in your inner world — you may, if you wish, begin to expand this process.
You can start to reimagine your life on a larger scale within your thoughts. In this way, you can create a new inner vision of your life — shaping it as you would truly wish it to be.
This is a deeper level of manifestation. By holding these thoughts, you begin to create a blueprint for this energy within you.
And depending on how much resistance you still carry, this blueprint may gradually expand within your energy — and, over time, begin to unfold in your lived reality.
