This website is operated via the Wix.com platform.

At present, only technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies are used where required for the functionality, security, and display of the website.

I do not currently use any analytics, statistics, or marketing cookies.

My website is hosted via the platform Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel.

Wix processes technical usage data required for the operation, security, and availability of the website. This processing may also take place on servers outside Germany or the European Union.

Where personal data is transferred to third countries, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or — where required — the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Use of Wix Apps / Spaces by Wix

If you use my offers via the “Spaces by Wix” app or other Wix services, the technical provision is likewise carried out via Wix.

In this context, personal data and usage data may be processed to the extent necessary for bookings, group areas, member areas, or communication features.

Newsletter

If you would like to receive my newsletter, you may subscribe by email.

I use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit Inc., to send newsletters. The data you provide for the newsletter — in particular your email address and, where applicable, your name — is processed on Mailchimp’s servers.

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled using a double opt-in process. This means that after signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription again. Your subscription is only completed once this confirmation has been received.

Mailchimp may also process technical information such as the time of subscription and confirmation as part of the double opt-in process.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting me by email.

Where personal data is transferred to third countries in connection with Mailchimp, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

Contact Form

If you send me a message via the contact form on my website, I process the data you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.

In particular, the following data may be processed:

• name

• email address

• content of your message

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as I have a legitimate interest in responding to inquiries in a straightforward manner.

If your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract or requesting an offer, the processing is also based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your data will be deleted once it is no longer needed for handling your inquiry, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Booking Offers and Invoicing

If you inquire about, book, or register for an offer via my website, I process the data you provide in order to handle your booking, perform the contract, and issue invoices.

In particular, the following data may be processed:

• first name and last name

• address

• email address

• where applicable, any further information you provide as part of the booking process

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR insofar as it is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract.

Where statutory retention obligations apply, in particular under commercial or tax law, the data will be stored for the legally required period.

Client Data and Session Documentation

As part of my energetic work, I process personal data such as your name, contact details, information about your concern, as well as session documentation and notes, where this is necessary for the provision of my services and communication with you.

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your data is generally not shared with third parties.

It will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or reflects changes to my services, for example when introducing new offers.

The current version shall apply to your next visit.
