For seven days, we consciously give our energetic hearts our attention and work with them on many different levels. We look at what your heart has carried throughout your life, which imprints from your childhood may still be present, how you relate to yourself and your heart today, what you may carry from your ancestral line, and which forms of protection your heart has developed along the way. This is not about opening your heart as quickly or as widely as possible. Protection has a purpose too, and sometimes it was exactly what your heart needed. We always work with what is showing itself for you and your energetic heart right now, and with what your system is ready to receive. ✨ This is what the Light Beings say about this week “Your heart is the center of your being and your power. Yet very often, you have disconnected yourself from it. This happens for many different reasons – often rooted in emotional pain or in the feeling that it is not entirely safe to be with your emotions. There is no particular result that your heart needs to achieve by the end of these seven days, and I do not make promises about specific effects or outcomes. Energy work is experienced differently by every person, and whatever shows itself for you during this week is allowed to be completely individual. 💛 💛 Your Personal Heart Theme Alongside the shared theme of the week, you are also welcome to give me a personal theme or intention that you would like to bring into the work with your heart. Maybe there is a particular relationship that is on your heart. Perhaps you would like to explore your self-love more deeply, you feel that you often protect yourself, or you simply want to become more aware of what your heart actually wants. You don’t need to be able to put your theme into perfect words. I will bring it into our shared field of light and include it in my individual energetic work for you throughout the week whenever it connects with the theme of the day. 📖 Your Workbook Alongside the energy work, you will receive a small workbook from me to accompany you through the seven days. Inside, you will find the exercises and questions for each day, as well as a little space to write down whatever shows itself for you. The exercises are intentionally kept small for this week. You don’t need to meditate for an hour every day or write pages and pages. 😉 Often, 5–10 minutes in which you truly give your heart your attention are enough. And of course, all of the exercises are completely optional. The energy work still takes place for you even when life is busy and you simply don’t have time for an exercise on a particular day. 💛 ✨ How Does the Energy Work Take Place? For our week together, I open an energetic field of light and include all participants within it. I work with different forms of energy work and in connection with the Akashic Records and supportive higher levels of consciousness. The Healing Remembered System is also included in the work with your energetic heart. The energy work does not take place live, and there is no fixed appointment you need to attend. Throughout the week, I return to our field of light at different times, usually from late morning into the evening. This allows the Energy Week to gently accompany you in the background of your everyday life. Every day, I will message you on WhatsApp when I begin the energy work. I will tell you what we are working with that day, which Activations are flowing into the field and how long I will be working with that day’s theme. You will also receive your daily reflection and a small exercise from the workbook. 💛 Is This Week Also for You if You Have Already Released Your Heart-Wall? Yes. 💛 The Heart-Wall is only one part of working with your energetic heart.
