In the event of discrepancies, contradictions, or differing interpretations, the German version shall prevail.

✨ 1. Preamble / Introduction

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

They are intended to create clarity, safety, and transparency for our work together.

With your consent, a protected and positively held space is created in which I may work energetically for you — and in which you are supported with care.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all energetic sessions, programs, and offerings provided by Eugenia Sabine Ivan and form the contractual basis of all bookings.

They apply both to:

individual sessions and personal energetic support arranged by appointment (for example via calendar booking or email), which are generally invoiced afterwards,

as well as to

programs and group offers (for example Quantum Activations Weeks) that are booked via my website and paid for online.

By booking any of my offers – regardless of whether the booking is made through my website or through an individual appointment arrangement – you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

They describe the framework of our collaboration and serve your orientation and protection — so that the energetic space remains clear, safe, and well held.

By using my offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

💛 2. Scope of Application & Consent

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offerings of Emotionen Heilen & Quantum Activations, including in particular:

• energetic one-on-one sessions

• online sessions (e.g. via Zoom or comparable platforms)

• group programs and weekly offerings (Quantum Activations)

• remote energetic work

• all bookings, payments, and invoices

• all accompanying materials such as workbooks, audios, PDFs, or written content

By registering, booking, or using my offerings, you confirm via checkbox that you:

✔ explicitly agree to both

This consent is given digitally and is legally binding.

This work is carried out exclusively within the scope permitted under German law for energetic work.

✨ 4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract for participation in my offers is concluded in different ways.

1. Programs and group offers (e.g. Quantum Activations Weeks)

For offers booked via my website and paid for online, the contract is concluded as soon as

the booking has been completed through the booking system, and

the payment has been successfully completed.

Once payment has been successfully received, your place is bindingly reserved.

2. Individual sessions

For individual sessions, the contract is concluded as soon as

an appointment has been arranged via my website, calendar, or by email, and

I have expressly confirmed the appointment.

Invoicing usually takes place after the session.

✨ 5. Description of the Energetic Work

I, Eugenia Sabine Ivan, offer energetic and consciousness-oriented support in various formats, including:

individual sessions using the Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and the Healing Remembered App via phone or secure video/audio platforms
online sessions for individuals and groups via secure video or audio platforms of my choice
remote sessions without direct contact, where you send your concern by email and I work energetically for you, followed by a written summary
group and weekly programs (Quantum Activations) for consciousness development, emotional clearing, and energetic activation
intuitive energetic and consciousness work in the quantum field to support inner processes and strengthen self-healing abilities

In sessions and group programs, I work with various methods: Quantum Healing, Emotion Code (EC), Body Code (BC), Belief Code, the Healing Remembered system, and other energetic and intuitive approaches.

I work with an energetic muscle test as a tool to determine which methods, themes, and energetic areas are appropriate for you at a given moment.

I do not perform classical proxy testing as taught by Dr. Nelson.

I do not fully merge with your personal energy field, as this would involve a deep absorption of foreign energies, which I consciously do not practice.

Instead, I connect with the higher, light-filled aspects of your system and with various aspects of your consciousness, using:

• the muscle test as an energetic perception tool

• intuitive guidance

• channeling of higher levels of consciousness

to identify what is energetically supportive for you in the moment.

You may book sessions explicitly according to the method of your choice. Your session will generally focus on the method you have booked. In individual cases I will discuss this with you. An additional method will only be used if you expressly agree to it. If you choose an open session including all methods, I will test which method or combination is currently most apporpriate form an energetic perspective and suggest this approach to you.

All forms of this work are understood as energetic support and serve exclusively to activate your self-healing abilities, energetic balance, consciousness and personal development, and connection with your higher self.

I do not make diagnoses, create therapy plans, or promise healing. My work does not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

✨ 6. Spiritual Intuitive Work & Channeling

✨ Channeling & Spiritual Perception

In some offerings — especially Quantum Activations — I additionally work with channeling, intuitive perception, and higher consciousness fields.

This may include connection with:

• the Akashic Records

• higher or light beings

• spiritual guides and consciousness aspects

• messages from the subtle field

These impulses serve energetic support, awareness, and inner clarification.

They are not predictions, diagnoses, or substitutes for medical or psychological advice.

All channeled information is to be understood as invitations to self-reflection.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions at all times.

Spiritual messages are offered solely as energetic orientation and are not instructions, promises, or therapeutic recommendations.

✨ 7. Distinction from Medical Practice

I am not a physician, non-medical practitioner, or psychotherapist.

My work does not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

I do not provide diagnoses, healing promises, or medical treatments.

If you have physical or psychological complaints, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support.

People with diagnosed mental health conditions — especially psychosis, mania, severe depression, or trauma-related disorders — should only use my offerings in consultation with medical professionals.

I reserve the right to decline, postpone, or end a session or participation if I have the impression that participation is not currently possible in a responsible manner or lies outside the scope of my work. In such cases, I recommend contacting appropriate medical or therapeutic professionals.

My energetic work is intended to support personal development processes and may initiate positive changes in emotional, mental, or energetic experience.

Energetic processes can vary greatly from person to person.

During or after a session or program, emotional, physical, or mental reactions may occur, as inner clarification or development processes may be initiated.

These reactions are individual, not foreseeable, and not fully controllable or manageable.

My work consists of providing impulses through energy work and accompanying you in your personal process.

You remain fully responsible at all times for:

• your personal decisions

• your way of dealing with the impulses arising from the energy work

• all steps you take in relation to your health or your life

Energetic support is intended as support for personal development processes and does not guarantee specific results or effects.

Since individual reactions to energetic methods are not foreseeable, I cannot assume responsibility for personal developments, decisions, or individual reactions that may occur in connection with the energy work.

Energetic processes vary individually and may trigger emotional, physical, or mental reactions.

You are fully responsible for your experiences, reactions, decisions, and interpretations during and after the work.

✨ 8. Participation Requirements & Personal Responsibility

By booking, you confirm:

that you are of legal age
that you use all offerings voluntarily and at your own responsibility
that you are able to integrate the content and energetic impulses independently
that you are in a stable physical and psychological condition
that you seek professional help in case of acute psychological crises or medical complaints
that you do not use my offerings as a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment

You also acknowledge:

✨ Energetic processes may trigger emotional, physical, or mental changes or reactions. These reactions are part of your own inner process.
✨ You are fully responsible for your experiences, reactions, decisions, and interpretations during and after the energetic work.
✨ All decisions concerning your health, emotional stability, and life circumstances are made independently by you.

🌿 Basis of Trust and Respectful Collaboration

My offers are based on a relationship of trust and respectful interaction.

I reserve the right to decline requests or end an ongoing collaboration if, in my view, there is no sufficient basis of trust, if agreed framework conditions (e.g. payments or arrangements) are repeatedly not observed, or if collaboration is not responsibly or appropriately possible for me.

In such a case, there is no entitlement to further sessions or participation in my offers.

✨ 9. Energetic Work with Children and Adolescents

At the request of parents, I also offer energetic support for children and adolescents.

Special conditions apply to protect minors and to ensure clear, responsible collaboration.

Children up to approx. 12 years

Energetic work is carried out representationally through the child’s higher aspects and does not require the child’s direct participation.

For each session, written consent from both legal guardians is required (or proof of sole custody).

Children and adolescents aged 12 to 16

For this age group, I only work with the clear consent of the child and the written consent of the parents.

Sessions take place together with at least one parent or in agreement with both parents.

Adolescents from approx. 16 years

Adolescents may — if they wish — participate in sessions alone.

For this, I require the written consent of the parents as well as the adolescent’s own consent.

I honor the adolescent’s privacy and discuss content with parents only if the adolescent explicitly wishes so.

✨ Important notes

My work with minors is purely energetic and does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

I do not provide diagnoses, medical recommendations, or therapeutic care.

Responsibility for health-related, psychological, or educational decisions concerning the child always remains with the parents or legal guardians.

✨ 10. One-on-One Sessions: Process and Implementation

One-on-one sessions offer you a protected, clear, and gently guided space for individual energetic support.

Depending on your booking, sessions take place by phone, via a secure video platform of my choice, or as a remote session without direct contact.

🌿 1. Scheduling & Duration

All appointments are booked bindingly through my booking system on Wix.

I currently offer:

• 60-minute sessions (standard)

• 90-minute sessions (if technically available)

Remote sessions have no fixed duration.

This format is often particularly efficient, as the time is fully dedicated to the energetic work.

The fixed price includes both the energetic work and the written documentation.

🌿 2. Preparation for your session

I recommend starting the session in a comfortable, undisturbed place where you feel safe and free to work with me.

If you wish, for sessions using the Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code, please have the following ready:

• a small magnet (supportive for releasing energetic patterns)

• something to drink

• optionally a blanket or pillow for comfort

You do not need a notepad, because I document everything for you.

After the session, you will receive a loving written summary by email including all cleared topics, insights, and energetic steps.

If you do not have a magnet, that is completely fine — the energetic work still functions fully.

If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, I ask you, as a precaution, not to use a magnet.

Energetic work is also fully possible without a magnet and in that case will be carried out exclusively with gentle methods suitable for pregnancy.

🌿 Information about your topic

For our first session, it is very helpful if you send me your themes and concerns in advance by email.

The more clearly you describe what you would like to work on, the easier it is for me to tune in energetically and prepare the session.

This allows us to go deeper more quickly at the beginning of the session, and I can begin the energetic work for you more directly and precisely.

🌿 3. Process of live sessions

We work either by phone, via a secure video platform, or — if desired — remotely without direct contact.

To ensure I can reach you, please send me in advance:

• your phone number, or

• the contact information for the video platform if we work via video

I will gladly call you at the agreed time — as you prefer.

A live session usually lasts 60 minutes.

If technically available, it is also possible to book a 90-minute session.

During the session

At the beginning, we clarify your topic.

I then work with the methods you requested or that I tested as suitable:

• Emotion Code

• Body Code

• Belief Code

• Healing Remembered

• muscle testing

• intuitive energy work

• channeling (only if you explicitly want this)

I explain transparently what I test and release, and I guide you through the process with care.

The session is always aligned with what your system is ready to address — shown through muscle testing.

I do not take responsibility for the contents or topics your system shows. I accompany you through your session mindfully and clearly.

I offer my perception, intuition, and tools, while you remain fully self-responsible in your process.

🌿 4. Process of remote sessions

For remote sessions, you share your theme with me by email.

I then connect energetically with your higher aspects, work intuitively and precisely with the appropriate methods, and document all steps.

You will receive a loving, clear written summary afterward.

A live session is not necessary for this.

🌿 5. Follow-up

After each session, you receive a complete written documentation of all steps.

You may ask follow-up questions afterward.

I reply within my office hours in a calm, aligned rhythm.

Please note:

Energetic support does not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic advice.

I do not provide clinical or therapeutic care.

I am happy to answer follow-up questions and messages within an appropriate time frame during my office hours.

🌿 6. Technical requirements

For phone or video sessions you need:

• a working phone or stable internet

• a quiet, undisturbed space

• access to my invitation link

The technical requirements for your participation (e.g. a functioning telephone, stable internet connection, or access to the platform used) are your responsibility.

🌿 7. No recordings

I do not record one-on-one sessions.

You may also not create audio or video recordings without my explicit permission.

✨ 11. Quantum Activations: Process and Implementation

My Quantum Activations weeks are an energetic space that is consciously opened and held over several days.

The energy work takes place in the subtle field — gentle, deep, and precise — and accompanies you through your daily life without requiring a fixed live appointment.

Below you will find a loving and clear overview of how these weeks are structured and how we work together in this space.

🌿 1. Energy work without live appointments (remote healing format)

Quantum Activations are a pure remote healing format.

The energetic work happens in the quantum field — independent of your time zone, location, or daily rhythm.

At the beginning of each week, I open the energetic space, hold it throughout the duration, and consciously close it at the end.

The activations work daily in the background and support you at your own pace.

🌿 2. Daily activations via a communication channel

You receive daily impulses, activations, and energetic messages via a digital communication channel that fits best for the week and group size.

This may be:

• WhatsApp (broadcast or individual chat)

• email

• Facebook / Messenger

• or a comparable platform

Which channel is used will be communicated to you before the week begins.

I reserve the right to select the most suitable communication medium in each case.

Please make sure yourself that you have access to this channel so the activations can truly reach you.

🌿 3. Optional: Additional content

Some weeks may include, in addition to daily activations, lovingly created extras such as:

• video impulses

• a shared live call

• light language activations

• small workbooks or journaling prompts

These are optional and may vary depending on the week.

If a live call takes place, you will receive an invitation in time via the chosen channel.

If you cannot attend a live appointment, this does not create any entitlement to a replacement, as the core of the work takes place in the subtle field.

🌿 4. Technical requirements

To participate, you need:

• access to the chosen communication channel

• a functioning device (phone, tablet, or computer)

• possibly a video platform (for optional live offerings)

• a stable internet connection

The technical requirements for your participation (e.g.access to the communication medium and a functioning internet connection) are your responsibility.

I cannot assume liability if, for example:

• emails land in spam

• WhatsApp or Facebook do not work on your device

• a technical error prevents your participation

The energetic work takes place regardless.

🌿 5. Energetic implementation in the quantum field

The activations work:

• intuitively

• through higher aspects of consciousness

• in the subtle field

• sometimes noticeable, sometimes subtle

• always in alignment with the week’s theme

It is completely normal for each person to perceive energy work differently.

The effect does not depend on you reading a message immediately — the energy is already in the field once it has been set.

The energetic activations work independently of when you read the provided content

The perception of energetic processes varies individually. Some participants perceive changes very clearly, while others notice the effect more subtly or only over time.

No entitlement to a particular effect or specific result can be derived from the individual perception or non-perception of activations.

🌿 6. Boundaries of support & loving clarity

During a Quantum Activations week, I support you energetically and, within the agreed framework, also in writing.

At the same time:

✨ This is not therapeutic or medical care.
✨ There is no entitlement to 1:1 support, regular personal replies, or psychological guidance.
✨ Messages during the week are welcome — I am happy to respond within a time frame that feels aligned for me.

The energetic space is consciously held — but it does not replace emergency or crisis support.

🌿 7. Recordings & protected materials

If there are video or audio offerings, I will make them available to you where possible.

However, this is not guaranteed.

All materials you receive (audio, video, texts, images, activations, workbooks) are exclusively for you and remain protected by copyright.

You may not:

• pass them on

• publish them

• reproduce them

• share them with third parties

• upload them online

Thank you for protecting this space and preserving its integrity.

✨ 12. Disclaimer of Liability

I accompany you mindfully and responsibly — at the same time, energetic work is always an individual, process-oriented path.

Therefore, I assume no liability for:

• direct or indirect consequences of the energetic work

• personal decisions or actions taken during or after a session

• emotional, energetic, or physical reactions during or after the work

• technical issues on your side (e.g., internet, device, connection interruptions)

• results, successes, or expected effects

Energetic work is not predictable and varies from person to person.

I provide no guarantee of specific outcomes — neither implicitly nor explicitly.

You bear full personal responsibility for your process, your experience, and your decisions.

✨ 13. Right of Withdrawal

For contracts concluded via my website, you as a consumer are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

By making your booking, you expressly agree to the following:

Individual sessions are arranged individually and invoiced after the session has been completed.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

For cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, the cancellation terms set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

✨ 2. Quantum Activations Weeks

Quantum Activations Weeks are energetic group programs with a fixed duration and limited number of participants.

Booking takes place via my website and becomes binding upon payment.

If you book and pay for a Quantum Activations Week online, you are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

🌿 Early Commencement of the Service

As each week requires organisational and energetic preparation and the number of places is consciously limited, I begin, at your express request, immediately after your booking with the organisational and content-related preparation of the service. The actual energetic support takes place during the booked Quantum Activations Week.

This includes in particular:

• reserving your place within the limited capacity

• organisational planning and structuring of the week

• content-related and energetic preparation of the group field

• the energetic carrying out of the Quantum Activations Week during the scheduled programme period

By booking, you expressly agree that I may begin the service before the withdrawal period expires.

You are aware that your right of withdrawal may be restricted or excluded according to statutory provisions.

🌿 Voluntary Cancellation Rules

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, the voluntary cancellation conditions set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

✨ 3. Digital Content

Within the scope of my offers, you may receive access to digital content immediately after booking, such as PDFs, audio recordings, videos, workbooks, or accompanying materials.

Digital content will only be made available immediately if you expressly consent during the booking process that I may begin performance before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

By giving this consent, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal with regard to your statutory right of withdrawal regarding such digital content may expire under the statutory provisions once provision has begun.

Without this express consent, no immediate access will be granted.

✨ 4. Voluntary Cancellation Policy

Regardless of any statutory exclusion oft the right of withdrawal, I offer voluntary and fair cancellation options.

Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

All details can be found in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In the event of a voluntary cancellation, any payment provider fees incurred may be taken into account.

✨ 14. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to my offers.

🌿 Quantum Activations Weeks

Booking a Quantum Activations Week or another Quantum Activations offer takes place via my website.

Your place in the programme is bindingly reserved once the booking has been completed and full payment has been received. Participation in the Quantum Activations Week generally requires timely receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed individually.

🌿 Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are arranged individually.

After the session has taken place, you will receive an invoice by email. The invoice amount must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.

I reserve the right to schedule or carry out further appointments only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

🌿 Prices

The prices stated on my website at the time of your booking apply.

🌿Payment Methods

Payments can be made via the payment providers offered at the time (e.g. Stripe, Revolut Pro, Wix Payments, or comparable providers) or by bank transfer.

🌿 Refunds

In the case of voluntary refunds, payment provider fees already incurred may be taken into account.

Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

✨ 15. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following conditions apply to individual sessions and Quantum Activations Weeks:

🌿 Refund in Case of Timely Cancellation

Individual sessions: Cancellation is possible up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment.
Quantum Activations Weeks: Cancellation is possible up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the week.

As places are limited and consciously held, early notice allows the place to be offered to another participant.

In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded, less any payment provider fees incurred.

🌿 No Refund After Commencement of the Service

Once an individual session has begun or a Quantum Activations Week has started, the service is considered to have commenced.

In the event of a statutory withdrawal after commencement of the service, compensation for services already rendered may be due in accordance with statutory regulations.

Apart from statutory withdrawal rights, voluntary refunds after commencement of the service are generally not provided, as the energetic work, preparation, and opening of the space have already taken place.

🌿 Withdrawal During an Ongoing Quantum Activations Week

If during an ongoing Quantum Activations week, you decide that you do not wish to continue participating, you may end your participation at any time.

Please inform me, and I will remove you from the group or energetic field.

A voluntary refund is not provided in such cases, as the energetic work and preparation have already taken place. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

🌿 Payment Rule for Short-Notice Cancellations of Individual Sessions

Since the appointment is reserved bindingly for you, I ask you to cancel in good time if you cannot attend the appointment.

In the event of cancellations less than 72 hours before the agreed appointment or non-attendance without cancellation, the agreed session fee may be charged as a cancellation fee.

✨ 16. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Provider

It is very important to me to hold each session and each Quantum Activations week in a clear, stable, and energetically safe space. However, situations may arise in which a session or programme needs to be postponed or cancelled.

In this case, the following applies:

✨ 1. Cancellation or rescheduling of one-on-one sessions

If I have to cancel an individual session, I will, where possible, offer you a timely replacement appointment.

If no suitable replacement appointment can be found, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

✨ 2. Cancellation of a Quantum Activations week

If a Quantum Activations Week cannot take place on my side, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

If the week has already started and cannot be continued for important reasons, a partial refund may be granted depending on the extent of the services already provided, or a replacement appointment or renewed run of the programme may be offered.

✨ 3. No entitlement to performance in cases of force majeure

In cases of illness, family emergencies, sudden energetic overload, or force majeure (e.g., technical outages, severe unforeseeable events), there is no entitlement to the session taking place at exactly the planned time. In such cases, a replacement appointment will be offered where possible, or another appropriate solution will be found.

4. Reliability and transparency

I endeavour to let you know as early as possible if a session or week cannot take place as planned and to work together with you to find a fair and clear solution.

The energetic and emotional protection of my clients always comes first for me, as does the integrity of my work.

✨ 17. Technical Outages & Platform Use

I conduct all online formats with the greatest care and to be best of my knowledge and conscience. Please note that technical responsibility on your side remains your responsibility.

I assume no liability for:

• disruptions to your internet connection

• browser or device problems

• microphones, speakers, or cameras not working

• difficulties accessing email, messenger services, or video platforms

If technical failures occur on my side, I will, of course, make every effort to offer you a new suitable appointment.

The energetic work itself is usually not affected by technical disruptions — it works regardless of whether a message arrives later or with delay.

✨ 18. Live Calls & Recordings

During Quantum Activations weeks or other energetic programs, there may be optional live calls, group impulses, or video sessions.

These formats serve as deepening elements, make group connection possible and support you in experiencing the energy of the week more consciously.

They are a gift to you — optional and supportive — and not a mandatory part of the program.

🌿 Recording live sessions

I record live calls so that:

• participants of the current week can catch up on the content, and

• I can make the recordings available in future rounds of the same or a similar program

I use recordings exclusively within my closed programs.

🌿 By booking, you agree that:

live calls may be recorded
your image, voice, or name may be included in the recording if you actively speak or turn on your camera
anything you share is shared voluntarily

You may always choose to keep your camera off and not participate actively through spoken contributions.

If you participate without image and without microphone, you are automatically not included in the recording.

You retain full self-determination and privacy within these calls.

🌿 Use of recordings

You agree that recordings may be provided and used by me:

within the participant area of the current group, and
in future rounds of the same program
or energetically similar offerings

Important: Recordings are never made public or shared with third parties outside my closed programs.

🌿 Data protection & confidentiality

Recordings are handled carefully, securely, and confidentially.

They are visible only to registered participants.

You may not copy, store, publish, or share them with others.

I use recordings exclusively within the framework of my energetic work.

I may use all content from my live calls in which only I am visible or audible for my work, external communication, and marketing.

✨ 19. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in my Privacy Policy on my website.

✨ 20. Newsletter

If you voluntarily sign up for my newsletter, you will occasionally receive loving impulses, information about new offerings, and energetic inspiration from me.

Separate consent is required for the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

✨ 21. Copyright & Use of Content

All content you receive within my sessions, programs, or Quantum Activations — including texts, PDFs, exercises, audios, workbooks, emails, impulses, and energetic content — is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Eugenia Sabine Ivan.

What you may do:

✔ You may use all content for your personal development and your own process.

What you may not do:

Why this Rule Exists

This protects the energetic space and allows my work to remain intact in its integrity, purity, and effectiveness.

✨ 22. Use of Group Spaces / Chats

For my energetic group offerings, Quantum Activations, and accompanying programs, I use — depending on the format — group spaces, messenger channels, or chat functions (e.g., WhatsApp, email impulses, Messenger, or other platforms of my choice).

These spaces serve exclusively:

• sharing impulses and activations,

• energetic support, and

• loving, respectful exchange within the program.

🌿 Personal responsibility in group spaces

By participating, you agree:

to share responsibly
to handle personal information mindfully
to treat other participants with respect
not to give medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice to others
not to make diagnoses (for yourself or others)
not to share advertising for your own programs or offerings in the group; the space serves only your process, the energetic support, and the group field

Participation in group spaces is always at your own responsibility.

I assume no responsibility for the content, messages, or interpretations of other participants.

🌿 Privacy & Confidentiality

Everything shared within the group remains strictly confidential.

The content must not be:

• saved

• copied

• forwarded

• shared outside the group

This applies to texts, images, voice messages, videos, and all energetic content.

My Availability in the Group Space

I accompany you energetically throughout the week,

however, I am not available around the clock.

I respond:

• within my office hours

• in a calm, aligned rhythm

• to the best of my knowledge and conscience

There is no entitlement to 1:1 support, crisis intervention, or immediate responses via messenger.

No Substitute for Professional Help

The group space is an energetic space, not a space for:

• psychotherapy

• medical advice

• emergency support

• crisis intervention

In the case of acute issues, you are fully responsible for seeking professional support.

✨ 23. Applicable Law, Place of Performance and Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of performance for all services is Nuremberg, Germany.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Nuremberg, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.

For consumers within the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

✨ 24. Severability Clause

Should any individual provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

In such a case, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that most closely reflects the original intent and mutual purpose of the agreement.

Any gaps shall be interpreted in a way that preserves a clear, fair, and coherent collaboration.

The General Terms and Conditions published on my website at the time of booking shall apply.
